Jan. 6 - The art of kite flying is revived at the International Kite Festival in Cambodia. The khmer kite originated around 400BC. Kite flying was stamped out under the Khmer Rouge, and many Cambodians are happy to see them again flying high. Tags: Kites Fly High In Cambodia
