I was overjoyed at the sight of my fellow Cambodians intermingling among themselves during the Cambodian New Year celebration at the Buddhist temple in Fresno, CA. What stood out most about them were their smiles. I guess we Cambodians love to offer big grins and wide smiles to those we adore and those we come to adore. No wonder nowadays, Cambodia is becoming known as Land of Smiling Faces. So smile wherever we happen to be simply because we're Cambodians and let the rest of the world wonder about us and where we came from.
