Cambodia is appealing for international help to fight an outbreak of dengue fever which has killed almost 200 children. Residents began spraying insecticide in regions ravaged by Tiger mosquitos, in a bid to curb the outbreak. But Cambodia, still recovering from decades of civil war and the "Killing Fields" of the Khmer Rouge, says it needs $500,000 to buy larvicides for use on mosquito breeding grounds. (July 5, '07)
